Histories Database ECGs Dicom request

A significant number of perfusion fixed specimen MR images displayed as stills and videos on the Atlas of Human Cardiac Anatomy are available to members of the general scientific community in the form of DICOM files. In addition to the library of MR imaging the CT images used to create many of the 3D models displayed on the website are also available. The following form allows scientists and engineers researching cardiac anatomy to request the DICOM files from the Visible Heart Laboratory for their own investigations with the understanding that the resultant analyses will be shared back with the laboratory to continue the evolution and growth of the Atlas of Human Cardiac Anatomy as an educational website. Please return the form via fax at 612-624-2002 or email at vhlab-atlas@umn.edu.
